This is the 3rd day that Max has given me his face when I have asked. He always greets me by offering me his back side. I have refrained from giving him the normal pat on his hip at first greet and have been asking for his face instead. As you can see he wants that butte pat but has learned that I want his face. I think he has gone to the head of the class! Although I must admit that since the initial name and explain training session, I have been talking and naming things casually to him. I'm always loving his face and now he has made that association. What's next?
